We are located in beautiful downtown Asheville, NC! Our address is 62 Wall St. We are open 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. and closed on Tuesday (winter months). Bring your furry friend
and come and see us!
HOW DO I FIGURE OUT WHAT SIZE MY PET IS?
Have you visited our fitting room? We have provided many diagrams and
techniques for measuring your dog that will help ensure accuracy in
sizing. If you have further questions regarding this topic, you may
email us at the fitting room and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. No COD’s please.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship through USPS and the UPS. At checkout, you will be provided
with shipping options based on the products you have ordered. It is
normally more cost effective to use UPS when shipping larger, more
bulky items. If you have further questions, you may contact us at shipping.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We will do our best to get you your product as soon as we can. We will
normally ship items that are in stock within 2 business days. Normal
delivery times are 5-7 business days. For larger items and items that
we do not have in stock, ship time could be 2-4 weeks. We will notify
you if this is the case.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?Shipping will be
calculated at checkout based on the items that you have ordered. We use
both USPS and UPS in order to provide you with the most economical
options available.
